- 1.5. Users agree not to use the platform for illegal activities, including money laundering or financing terrorism.
- 1.6. Any disputes between the company and users are resolved in accordance with applicable laws.
- 1.7. The company reserves the right to suspend a user’s access to the platform in case of a violation of this agreement.

For Partners
- 2.1. Participation in the affiliate program is available only to registered platform users.
- 2.2. Partners receive a unique referral link to invite new users.
- 2.3. Rewards are accrued based on the investment activity of referred users, as per the program’s terms.
- 2.4. Partners must provide accurate information about the platform and refrain from using misleading promotional methods.
- 2.5. The company reserves the right to amend the affiliate program terms with prior notice to partners.
- 2.6. Abuse of the system or attempts at fraud will result in account suspension and forfeiture of accrued rewards.

- 3.2. The company is not liable for losses arising from risks inherent to investment activities.
